Welcome to the Chamber of Commerce website. By accessing or using our website, registering for events, purchasing memberships, or utilizing any of our programs and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software—is the property of the Chamber of Commerce or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal or organizational informational purposes.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of this website for commercial gain without express written consent from the Chamber.


2. Member Directory & User Conduct

The Chamber provides access to a Member Directory and user-contributed portal features. Users agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or invasive of another's privacy, or that violates intellectual property rights.


3. Event Registration, Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Chamber hosts various networking events, seminars, workshops, and signature gatherings. The following terms govern all event registrations:


3.1 Attendee Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of your written cancellation notice sent to the Chamber administration office.

  • Anytime before the event last call date = Full Refund
  • After the last call date / No-Show = No refund or credit issued


3.2 Substitutions & Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, you may transfer your registration to another representative from your organization at no additional charge. Notice of substitution must be provided in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.


3.3 Event Modification or Cancellation by the Chamber

The Chamber reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter event schedules, formats (e.g., in-person to virtual), or venues due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, severe weather, or acts of God. In the event of a Chamber-initiated cancellation, registrants will receive a choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future event.


4. Media Release & Photo Policy

By registering for or attending any Chamber event, program, or function, you grant the Chamber of Commerce full rights to use image, voice, and video recordings taken during the event for marketing, promotional, educational, and website purposes without financial compensation or prior review.


5. Payment Terms & Membership Dues

All payments for membership dues, sponsorships, advertising, and event tickets are due upon receipt or according to agreed invoice terms. Dues payments are non-refundable once processed.


6. Limitation of Liability

The Chamber of Commerce shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, this website or participation in Chamber events and activities.


7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
