  • Referrals The Chamber receives many calls, letters, and emails requesting specific needs. These requests are referred to Chamber member businesses. Chamber members receive a competitive advantage over non-members.
  • Legislative Updates Many voices speak louder than one; the chamber monitors current legislation, keeping the membership informed on issues that may affect their business. This committee also hosts “Meet the Candidate”, allowing the candidates for political office to speak to the public about their platforms.

  • Monthly Membership Luncheons A Chamber Membership Luncheon is held on the second Thursday of each month. A member's business can sponsor this event and have an opportunity to showcase their business. The chamber provides a speaker to talk about topics of interest.
  • Coffee With The County is A quarterly event meant to bring county officials together with the community to discuss a variety of topics.

  • Website Listing Each member is given the opportunity to have their own landing page on the Chambers website. No upkeep is needed, our new management system does all the work for you!
  • Weekly Member e-Blast Every Thursday morning an email is sent sharing Chamber members’ news, sales, events, classes, seminars, employment opportunities, etc.
  • Monthly Newsletter The Chamber provides a monthly newsletter to help keep its members informed about what’s going on in the community and within the chamber. Let the Chamber help you with your advertising, this gives you exposure to over 800 local readers.
  • Monthly Membership Luncheons A Chamber Membership Luncheon is held on the second Thursday of each month. A member's business can sponsor this event and have an opportunity to showcase their business. The chamber provides a speaker to talk about topics of interest.
  • Annual Membership Meeting This is an annual gathering of chamber members to hear the accomplishments of the organization along with a members’ showcase and trade show. Awards are presented and Board of Directors elections are held in conjunction with this event.
  • Yearly Membership Directory There is no other publication like the LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce Membership Directory produced for the LaGrange County area and the opportunity to advertise in it is exclusive to LaGrange County Chamber members. With 15,000 copies distributed each year, the directory is the Chamber’s most popular publication. Advertising opportunities are available once per year, beginning in July. 
  • Ribbon Cuttings & Ambassador Greetings The chamber can assist you in any special ribbon cutting or grand opening ceremony and provide media coverage for your special event.
  • Calendar of Events A calendar of upcoming Chamber events is provided on the Chamber’s website.
